Dates: Online, 24/7 (students will have a maximum of 3 weeks to complete the online course)
Tuition: $50
This 4 hour program meets the Department of Health and Senior Services requirement for Level 1 Medication Aide recertification. This training must be completed every two years in order to continue to administer medication in an Residential Care Facility or Assisted Living Facility.
The course is 100% online and can be accessed 24 hours per day.
*Please note: this program does not provide insulin training/certification
Registration Requirements
Complete before registration:
- College Application: all students must apply to St. Charles Community College prior to registering for class. Please complete and submit the application here: https://www.stchas.edu/admissions/apply
Provide the following at time of registration (bring copies with you for in-person registration or send as attachments for email registrations):
- Registration Form (you can download the form here if you would like to register via email).
- Copy of L1MA certificate.

- In-person (1 Academy Place, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368) - office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuition will be due within one business day of your registration being processed. Individualized information will be communicated during the enrollment process.
