President's COVID-19 Emergency Scholarship

The President’s COVID-19 Emergency Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are experiencing unplanned education related financial expenses due to COVID-19. The student must explain financial need and have circumstances that may affect their ability to start or continue their education at SCC. Funds must be used on tuition, fees and/or books. Note: International students are eligible.

Criteria:
•    Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at SCC for Fall 2020
•    Student is experiencing unplanned education related financial expense due to COVID-19. Examples of circumstances: Lost employment or hours significantly reduced; Parent or domestic partner lost job or hours significantly reduced; Lost day care, etc. Student must explain circumstances in essay.
