A Potterhead's Analysis of Harry Potter: What We Love and Why, with Grace Moser, History Assistant Professor and Cory Porter, English Assistant Professor 

Fans have loved the Harry Potter universe and its culture from its earliest release in 1995. But why has it resonated so deeply with our time and across generations and cultures? This presentation will examine the series from a fan perspective and identify historical and literary themes that connect us to Harry and his friends. Muggles and wizards alike are welcome!
