SCC nursing students will give a series of 10-minute presentations about many mental health-related topics, including:

• Suicide Prevention, warning signs and resources
• STRESS – VS and signs, symptoms
• Effective Coping Strategies
• Anxiety: General Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder
• Depression
• Eating Disorders
• Schizophrenia
• Homelessness and Mental Illness
• Personality Disorders
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder – what it is … what it is not.

This Mental Health Week and Suicide Prevention Week event is free and open to the public.
