Two Nationalistic Composers… and then there's Mozart!

On Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at 7:30 p.m., the SCC Symphonic Orchestra will perform the music of

• ZOLTAN KODALY - Hary Janos Suite (Intermezzo)
• BEDRICH SMETANA -  Three Dances from The Bartered Bride
• WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART - Symphony No. 41 in C major, K. 551, "Jupiter"

Join us for a night of diverse musical offerings; from the tuneful melodies of Kodaly to the heart-pounding dances of Smetana, concluding with the crown jewel of Mozart’s Symphonies, the “Jupiter.”   

Admission is free and open to the public, no reservation is required. 

Pre-concert lecture on the repertoire of this concert will begin at 7:15 p.m.
