Computer Genealogy Workshop to be Presented Sept. 12 at St. Charles Community College

The workshop, sponsored by the SCC history program and the St. Charles County Historical Society, will be led by Bill Popp.  Popp will guide aspiring genealogists through a hands-on computer workshop.  Attendees will receive information they need to use FamilySearch, a family history research Web site.
 
The cost for the Family History Workshop is $30 general registration and $20 for society members and SCC students, faculty, and staff.  Registration is required; call Joan Koechig at 636-946-2820.  Priority will be given to registrations received on or before Saturday, Aug. 15.
 
The workshop will be held in Room 101 of the SCC Technology Building. The college is located at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville.
