Dear Faculty and Staff:

You have probably noticed the progress on the new campus housing project.  The apartments are set to be complete by December for students to move in January.  If you are interested in checking out the floor plans and information, please visit campuslakeapartments.com.  The application for housing is also available to students on that site.

Last Wednesday, I hosted a group of employees for our first Tea with the President of the new year.  Thank you to those that joined.  It was a pleasure getting to know you!

Last Thursday afternoon our student athletes gathered for the Athletics Meet and Greet.  It was amazing to see how our athletics program has grown over the past year and to welcome the new coaches and programs to SCC. 

On Friday we received the exciting news that our Men’s Cross Country team has been ranked number one in the nation by the NJCAA.  This is the first season for SCC to have a Cross Country team and the first time in our school’s history that a team has received a number one ranking. 

Finally, I had the opportunity to sit down with Mayor Dan Borgmeyer, the new mayor of St. Charles to learn more about his vision and plans for the community.  I look forward to continuing our work and conversations with Mayor Dan as he implements his plans for St. Charles.
