Mack is served 10 years as a councilwoman for Ward 2 in the City of O'Fallon. Previously, she served as president and chief executive officer of the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce, holding the position from 1996 to 2003. "As tuition costs rise at most four-year institutions, St. Charles Community College continues to help our residents by providing a quality education at an affordable price. The college is a great value to our community and I want to help maintain the integrity and service that this college provides."

Mack lives in O'Fallon and has four children, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
