The annual Foundation Culinary Dinner was held Friday, April 24, at the Field to Table Institute. Supporters, friends, and alumni enjoyed a meal prepared by SCC’s culinary students. Proceeds from the event support scholarships and academic enhancements. The menu included fresh greens grown in SCC’s freight farm, steaks cooked to perfection, and a deconstructed cheesecake to embrace the construction as the Field to Table Institute expands with a second building. Guests participated in a live auction and a few fun rounds of reverse BINGO with MC Leo Anglo of Vincent’s Jewelers. Thank you to everyone who attended or volunteered with this important event.
