In her leadership role, Dr. Cox has championed data governance, process improvement, and innovative approaches to making data more accessible and actionable. She understands that behind every data point is a student story, and she is driven to ensure that information is used not just to measure success, but to create it.
Beyond campus, Dr. Cox is a respected leader in her field, serving as President of the Mid-American Association of Institutional Research Board of Directors. She is a dedicated advocate for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing—values that continue to strengthen both her institution and the broader research community.
