Mathematics, including statewide mathematics pathways, ideal HS courses to prepare for college mathematics requirements, curriculum redesign, developmental mathematics, mathematics placement and community college STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) required math courses such as the Calculus sequence.
Former department chair, member and conference presenter at MOMATYC (Missouri Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges), served on Curriculum Alignment Initiative for the Missouri Department of Higher Education in 2007, set standards for Algebra II Exit Exams for Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in 2008. Member of AMATYC (American Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges) and served on AMATYC Executive Board as Central Region Vice-President from 1999-2005. Currently serving on the Missouri Mathematics Pathways Taskforce (MMPT). Member of National Association of Developmental Mathematics (NADE) and Midwest Regional Association of Developmental Mathematics (MRADE).
