Camps will run from June 1 - August 7, 2026.  Engaging and educational experiences in culinary arts, science & technology, robotics, performing arts, circus, visual arts, literary and pop culture favorites, plus much more for children 5-14.

SCC’s summer camps spark curiosity and build lasting memories. Our programs are led by professional educators and those who have advanced studies in a particular field, assisted by college and high school students. How to Register
  • New Campers
    Create a new profile in your child's name.
     
  • Returning Campers
    Login with your current username and password. Can't remember them? The system will send you a link. Please do not create a new account, as this causes issues with registration and payments. 
Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel or transfer a camp registration, please call the Community Education office, 636-922-8233.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A $25 fee will be assessed for each camp cancellation. Note: this is per camp and not per transaction.
  • Transfer of camps must occur four weeks prior to start without penalty or fee.
  • Transfer of camps that are requested less than four weeks before the camp start date will be treated as cancellations and new registrations. This means that any cancellation fees and refund penalties will apply. An exception will be made only if the transfer is due to an opening in a waitlisted camp.

Refund Policy:

  • 4 weeks prior to start = 100% refund, minus the $25 Cancellation Fee
  • up to 2 weeks prior to start = 50% refund, minus the $25 Cancellation Fee
  • under 2 weeks prior to start = 0% refund
Summer Camp Waiver & Release Form

This is completed during the registration process. If you need to make updates, additions, or changes, please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to the child's account
  2. Click Current Registration
  3. Click to view data for 2026 Summer Camp Waiver and Release Form
  4. Click Edit
  5. Make updates, additions, or changes
  6. Click Save
  7. Please follow steps 3-6 for each Camp Registration (any edits or changes are NOT automatically updated on all camps!)

​​​​​​​IF YOU MAKE CHANGES AFTER 9:00 AM THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE START OF CAMP, please email communityeducation@stchas.edu with the updates as well so we can update camp printed documentation. 

Camp Hours Unless otherwise noted, full-day camps are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. with a lunch and recess period; half-day sessions are 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m or 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Aftercare is available from end of camp until 6:00 p. m. (Minimum registration required weekly for Aftercare)
Check-In, Drop-Off, and Pick-Up

Campers should be dropped off no more than 10 minutes prior to the start time and must be picked up promptly at the end. An ID is required to sign out and release a child to the Authorized Individual as listed on the Camp Waiver and Release Form.

If an emergency delays your ability to pick up promptly from camp or Aftercare, please call 636-922-8233 and speak to a staff member. A late fee of $25 will be charged to your account.

Medications & Medical Devices

If your camper has an EpiPen or inhaler that is needed for the camp day and was noted on the Camp Waiver and Release Form, they must bring it each day in a sealed bag labeled with their name and give it to the instructor upon arrival. They must be taken home each night. SCC is not responsible for keeping medications overnight. 
Camp Holidays Camps will not be held June 19, as well as the entire week of June 29 - July 3, in observance of Juneteenth and Fourth of July. 
Lunch & Snacks
  • Please send nut-free snacks and a water bottle with your camper each day.
  • If your camper is registered for both an AM and a PM camp, be sure to register them for the Lunch Supervision that week. Our staff will monitor the transition between the camps and lunch. Full-Day camps include lunch supervision and do not require additional registration.
  • Plaza Bistro Summer Camp Lunch Ordering information is available in the Welcome Packet. Preorder weekly lunches online for your camper from SCC Plaza Bistro. Daily online ordering is not available. 
  • Ice Cream Fridays: SCC will host an  an Ice Cream Sundae Bar every Friday. $2 per camper, cash only.
