Vendors, the Wellness Festival is a healthy choice for your business!

After the races and walk, hundreds of fitness enthusiasts, parents and children will visit the Wellness Festival area from 8-11 a.m. to sample your wares. We even have non-runners who come just for the Wellness Festival. Don’t miss this opportunity to reach the health-and fitness-minded customer!

Opportunities to participate

SCC will use booth and sponsorship fees to help advertise the event and to benefit special wellness projects on the SCC campus. SCC also issues news releases and sends direct mail to previous participants to generate interest.

Set up a booth and interact with your audience.

For-profit vendors:	$75
Not-for-profit vendors:	$50

Demonstrate your service, perform a testing or health screening and sell your product or service by renting a booth.

Booths include:

• Two chairs and one table (2'x5'). (Please note tables are smaller than typical banquet-type display tables. No substitutions.)
• $15 additional cost for electrical outlet access. Availability is limited.

• Prime booth location and larger booth space.
• Company name on our T-shirts, advertising and Web site.

Be a presenting sponsor.

Cost $1,000
Presenting sponsorship includes:

• Larger exhibit booth than other sponsors in a prime location of the exhibit area.
• Company logo on back of all T-shirts that are printed for run/walk participants and volunteers. Note: You must respond by March 5 to be on the back of the runner T-shirts. Call Heather McDorman at 636-922-8277.
• Company logo and Web site link on SCC Wellness Festival Web page.
• Will be named in flyers, news releases, advertising and other Wellness Festival publicity.
• Opportunity to post banners on race day and include advertising specialty (give-away) items and brochures in the runner registration packets.

Advertise your product or service by donating a prize.

All runners and walkers can enter to win a drawing for attendance prizes. Participants will be checking the Prize Central table located in the Wellness Festival area so that means added exposure for vendors who donate prizes.
