Randy Schilling, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of MuniBit, and Founder/Owner of OPO Startups, will be the commencement speaker for SCC’s 35th annual commencement, to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, at the St. Charles Family Arena.
MuniBit is a cutting-edge platform providing website building and digital tools tailored for small and medium-sized municipalities. OPO Startups, an innovation hub and coworking space, is designed to foster collaboration and growth among entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, and small businesses. Nestled within the historic 1909 “Old Post Office” and six adjacent buildings in Downtown St. Charles, OPO Startups offers over 65,000 square feet of inspiring workspace.
Randy also was the CEO and Founder of Quilogy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri– Columbia and an MBA from the University of Illinois – Springfield, Illinois. He was named 2000 Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Missouri Small Business Person of the Year and the 1997 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Technology category for the St. Louis Region.
