Mission Statement
The Office of Multicultural Student Engagement (OMSE) is a place for students to engage, explore, and learn about cultural identities on campus. In addition, OMSE provides academic support for student success. Our mission is to empower students from the classroom to graduation through academic coaching, tutoring, and campus mentorship. OMSE is a place for students to engage, explore, and learn more about cultural identities on campus.
Goals
- To create a space for students to engage, explore, and learn about cultural identities on campus.
- To create opportunities for students to learn and identify academic skills, resources, and services to enhance their educational development.
- To facilitate meaningful relationships across campus and provide collaboration opportunities that create multicultural awareness and civic engagement.
- To create diverse opportunities for students to develop and grow into future leaders of a global society.
