SCC is proud to present a dynamic series of exhibitions of visual art in its spacious and well-lit gallery located in the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building. Throughout the year, visitors can experience the work of professional artists from the greater St. Louis region, creations from SCC art faculty and students, and developing artists in the community.
Urban Scenes is a photography exhibit displaying different views and perspectives of urban environments from around the world. Curators Brian D. Smith and Jeff Hirsch put out a call to photographers in the St. Louis area and around the county to participate in this exhibit, and the results are astounding.
Urban Scenes runs until March 12, 2023 at the Shook Theatre at St. Charles Community College.
Details: St. Charles Community College proudly presents the 2024 SCC Juried Student Art Exhibition held in the Shook Theater Art Gallery. Join us on April 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. for the exhibition opening where you can meet many of the artists and see all of the amazing artwork. Awards will be announced starting at 7:00 p.m., and light refreshments will be served.
