Published: 11/08/2011

The show will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday, Nov. 16-17, at 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Nov. 18-19, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20. There will be a high school matinee performance at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17.

Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python, and you have “The 39 Steps,” a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theater. This Tony Award-winning treat is packed with nonstop laughs, more than 150 zany characters, an on-stage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers and some good old-fashioned romance.

The play will be directed by Lynne Snyder. Cast members include: Wes Meinhold as Richard Hannay; Becky Loughridge as Annabella, Pamela and Margaret; Paul Luft as the professor, Mr. Memory and others; Britney Kelcher as the foley artist; and Jimmy Coleman, Josh Kaestner and Brynden Raymo as the clowns and all other characters.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and college students with ID. Tickets will be offered at a special reduced price of $5 for everyone on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
