About Us
The Workforce Development Department at St. Charles Community College works to develop a well-equipped workforce in the college’s service area. WFD partners with public and private entities to offer resources to employers, employees and schools. It includes three units:

The Missouri Dislocated Worker Program is part of the Missouri Career Center, a one-stop shop for unemployed and laid-off workers.

School-Business Programs provides events and programs throughout the region to help young people (K-12) develop into mature, responsible citizens.
