The college has been approved by the state of Missouri as a
regional GED
testing site.
- Testing is conducted one Saturday a month in the Student
Center, Room 205.
- You must submit an application form to the state of Missouri
and receive an authorization to test before you may register.
- Applications may be obtained at any of the GED
class sites or by calling 636-922-8411.

Registering for the GED Test:
Requirements to Take the Test:
- To be eligible to take the GED test, an applicant must meet
one of the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be 17 years of age and out of school at least six months
from the last day of school attendance.
- Be 16 or 17 years of age and one of the following:
- Have the written permission of an authorized school
official (head principal or superintendent) of last school
attended.
- If home-schooled, have written permission of parent or
legal guardian.
- Be incarcerated or have the written permission of the
juvenile judge if under the court's jurisdiction.
- An applicant must be a resident of Missouri.
Retesting:
- New fees for applying and testing are required
each time a person takes the GED test.
- A person must wait 60 days before they may retest and may take
the test only three times per calendar year.
