Private Lessons
Are you interested in learning to play a musical instrument, including voice? Private instruction is an exciting opportunity for those beginning to train, as well as for those who want to advance their skills. If you are a performing arts (music, theatre) major at SCC, and you need to enroll for credit, please register through the normal course registration process.

SCHEDULE AND REGISTER
- Fill out the Student Interest Form and we will start the process of pairing you with a member of the qualified SCC instrumental or vocal music faculty.
- You will be contacted by a performing arts administrator or by the available faculty member to schedule your private lesson time and establish a start date.
- After the start date and private lesson time is secured, you will be contacted by a registrar for payment and any other additional required information.
PACKAGES AND FEES
- 8 weeks of 30-minute lessons – $35 per lesson, $280 for the series
- 8 weeks of 60-minute lessons - $70 per lesson, $560 for the series
- 16 weeks of 30-minute lessons - $35 per lesson, $560 for the series
- 16 weeks of 60-minute lessons - $70 per lesson, $1120 for the series
Total Payment for the series must be received prior to the beginning of the lessons.
For scheduling purposes, lessons will be taught in consecutive weeks only. Additional policies on attendance, cancelations, and make-up lessons will be sent upon registration.
