Runners at the start of the St. Charles Community College 10K race on Saturday, April 25.

Runners make their way across the St. Charles Community College campus during the 1-Mile Fun Run. Of the 221 runners in the 1-mile race, 186 were students in kindergarten through grade 8.

SCC 10K female overall winner Julie Bergfeld of Maplewood poses with River City Rage mascot Ragey after receiving her $100 cash award.  This was Bergfeld’s second consecutive win.
