SCC COLLEGE TRANSFER FAIR SET FOR FEB. 27

St. Charles Community College will host the annual Show-Me Transfer Fair from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, in the College Center gymnasium on the SCC campus.

Counselors and representatives from more than 20 schools will be at the fair.  The event is open to all current, former, and prospective SCC students.

The participating schools will have counselors available to talk to students about specific transfer requirements.  Students are encouraged to bring a record of their completed college courses.

The following colleges and universities will have representatives at the transfer fair: Concordia University-St. Louis Center, Columbia College, Fontbonne Unniversity, Hannibal-LaGrange College, Harris-Stowe State University, Maryville University (main campus and O’Fallon Weekend College), McKendree University, Missouri Baptist University, Missouri State University, Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla), Southeast Missouri State University, Truman State University, University of Missouri, University of Missouri-St. Louis, University of Phoenix, Webster University, Westminster College, and William Woods University.

Lindenwood University will have representatives present from the following departments:  education, humanities, communications, fine and performing arts, management, and human services/sciences.  St. Louis University will have representatives from the School of Professional Studies, Parks College of Aviation and Engineering, and the health sciences, business, and athletic training departments.
