NATIONALLY-ACCLAIMED JAZZ TRIO TO PLAY
AT ST. CHARLES COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The Concert Artist Series at St. Charles Community College continues its lineup with the Corey Christiansen Trio on Sunday, Dec. 2.
 
The Corey Christiansen Trio will perform in the theater of the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building on the SCC campus at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. The show marks the third performance in the 2007-08 Concert Artist Series.

Jazz guitarist Corey Christiansen has performed at many notable festivals and venues and has conducted guitar clinics across the country. His performance venues include the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.; the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, Italy; the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival; and the St. Louis Jazz Festival. He has also performed and recorded with jazz greats Jimmy Bruno, John Pisano, Joe Negri, Willie Akins, Chuck Redd, and Rob McConnell.
