SCC’S YOUNG PEOPLE’S THEATRE OPENS SEASON WITH “A PIRATE’S LIFE FOR ME!” OCT. 19

The Young People’s Theatre of St. Charles Community College will open their 2007-08 season with “A Pirate’s Life for Me!” Oct. 19-21 in the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building theater on the
St. Charles Community College campus.

“A Pirate’s Life for Me!” follows Roger Goodman as he pursues the pirate life to win the hand of wealthy Sarah Huffington, who desires to marry a brave and adventurous pirate. The ensuing mayhem is full of rousing songs and swashbuckling comedy for all ages.

The show starts at 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Oct. 19-20; and 2 p.m. Saturday-Sunday,
Oct. 20-21. The campus is located at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville. Tickets for the show are $7 for adults and $5 for students, seniors, and children.

Young Peoples' Theatre is a performing arts program by kids and their families for people of all ages, produced by the SCC Division of Corporate and Community Development.
