SCC FOUNDATION BOARD ADDS TWO NEW MEMBERS;
ELECTS NEW OFFICERS
The St. Charles Community College Foundation elected new officers for
its Board of Directors and added two new members at its annual meeting
in
June.
Joe Cook, THF Realty, Inc., and Scott Lewis, City of Cottleville, have joined the SCC Foundation Board of Directors.
Cook conducts financial analysis for THF Realty, including project
feasibility, acquisition analysis, and forecasting of investment returns.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the St. Louis
Society of Financial Analysts. Lewis is city administrator and chief
of police with the City of
Cottleville. He is also the president of the Cottleville/Weldon Spring
Rotary.
New officers for the Foundation Board of Directors were elected at the annual meeting. They are Julie Bartch, Duckett Creek Sanitary District, board president; Rich Jameson, Arbor Realty Group, LLC, vice president; Michael Lissner, Acropolis Investment Management, treasurer; and Brenda Lowder, Delta Group Real Estate, who was re-elected as secretary.
The Board also honored outgoing members Marva Halbert, St. Johns Bank and Trust, and Dan Brown, Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, for their 12 years of service to the Board.
The mission of the SCC Foundation is to secure private and public funds to benefit the students of St. Charles Community College and to enhance educational and cultural opportunities for the community.
