LEWIS AND CLARK IS THE THEME FOR SCC'S
SECOND ANNUAL MYSTERY DAY
TRIP
Participants will embark on an educational getaway as part of a day trip
planned by the St. Charles Community College Continuing Education Department
in July.
The second annual Mystery Day Trip, set for July 17, will take travelers to an unknown town that Lewis and Clark would have paddled past on their famous expedition. Activities will include visiting a museum of treasures from the Louisiana Territory era, including rosewood and mahogany furniture, antique chandeliers, fine paintings, an 1860 Grand Rose piano, and beautiful formal gowns worn by well-known ladies. Participants will also take a walk through a memorial garden of flowers, pools, and walkways.
The cost for the trip is $61 and includes transportation, lunch, and all admissions. A motor coach will take participants to the location. The coach will depart from the circle by the Humanities and Fine Arts buildings at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. in Cottleville. The course number is SPI-085-40. To register, call 636-922-8233.
