SCC OFFERING WINE AND FOOD PAIRING COURSE THIS MAY

    Learn about wine characteristics, history, and styles with a Wine and Food Pairing course at St. Charles Community College.

    In COK-011-40, students will experience food-friendly wine and wine-friendly food while developing strategies for choosing the best wine for their culinary delights.  During the course students will get a chance to sample various wines in a relaxed atmosphere.  The two-hour course will be at the Brentmoor Oak Tree Village, located at 636 Jungermann Road in St. Peters.  The class is from 2-4p.m. Sunday, May 6.  Registration is $19.
