AUTHOR KEVIN MITCHELL TO SPEAK AT SCC ON APRIL 10

    Author and musician Kevin Mitchell will speak at St. Charles Community College as a part of the college’s Guest Lecture Series at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10.  The focus of Mitchell’s speech is finding alternative careers in music.

    Mitchell will cover his professional journey, describing how his desire to work in the music industry led him to discover alternative opportunities he had not considered.  Mitchell will end the session with a question and answer period.

    Mitchell is the author of 10 books and has been published in nearly a dozen magazines.  His career has also taken him into the fields of public relations, marketing, and play writing.

    The lecture will be in Room 2222 of the Administration Building on the SCC campus at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville. It is free and open to the public.
