Compensatory Time

P-734.0 The College does not have a Compensatory Time Off program. Employees may, with prior supervisor approval, work an adjusted schedule within the same work week. For example, a non-exempt employee who normally works five 8 hour days (40 hours) may work three 8 hour days (24 hours), one 9 hour day (9 hours), and one 7 hour day (7 hours) within the same work week and not incur overtime because hours worked do not exceed 40 hours for the week.
