The College requires all non-exempt employees
to complete a time sheet for each pay period, to be approved
by the supervisor. |

On a daily basis, non-exempt
employees must accurately enter in, out, lunch and break
times on the time
sheet. When a non-exempt employee is required to travel on
College business,
the supervisor must consult the Payroll Supervisor
regarding time sheet completion. |

If an employee discovers a time sheet error
after it has been submitted, the supervisor and the payroll
office must be notified immediately. |

Employees must not complete
any portion of a co-worker’s time sheet.
Tampering with or falsification of time sheets is forbidden. |
