515	Health Examinations
P – 515.0	Under certain circumstances, the College may require that an employee submit to a health examination to determine the employee’s ability to perform essential job functions. Such requirement will be in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991 and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
P – 515.0.1	The Human Resources Department will determine the necessity of all health examinations and will make all arrangements.
