The
College shall establish procedures for institutionally
sanctioned field trips. |
| Pr-418.1.1 |
Faculty
or staff members responsible for a field trip shall submit
a Field Trip Request form in duplicate to the respective
dean or director for review and approval at least three
weeks before the activity. |
| Pr-418.1.2 |
The
faculty or staff member shall instruct students where to
convene on the designated day. Students may be responsible
for their own transportation if not provided by the College.
As an officially sanctioned activity, students and faculty
should make mutual arrangements in advance for any classes
and other course work to be missed due to the field trip. |
