414	Substance-Free Environment for Students
P-414.1	The College is a drug-free institution and operates within the guidelines set forth in the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989, the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 and the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
P-414.2	The College prohibits the possession, sale, use or distribution of illicit drugs or alcoholic beverages on its property or as part of any College sponsored activity. The use of illicit drugs or alcohol is also prohibited on the property of the College by organizations or groups not connected with the College.
P-414.3	The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all College buildings.
P-414.4	Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
