Use and Scheduling of Facilities—
College-Sponsored Activities

P-307.1 Facilities may be used for College sponsored activities in accordance with procedures established by the administration.
Pr-307.1 All requests for using College facilities shall be submitted to the Scheduling Coordinator in the Office of Academic Affairs. The President or a designee shall establish priorities whenever conflicts in scheduling arise.
