306	Substance-Free Environment
P-306.1	The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all College buildings.
P-306.2	Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on College properties. The general funds of the College shall not be used for the purchase of alcoholic beverages for any College sponsored activity. The College President may approve alcoholic beverages for use in appropriate instructional activities. The prior approval of the College President is required whenever alcoholic beverages are to be made available at any off-campus event under the auspices of the College.
P-306.3	The College is a drug-free campus in accord with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989, the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, and the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
