In accordance with a policy issued by the Attorney General of the State of Missouri, no restrictions will be placed on the bidders for College insurance as to location or residence.

If an agent of record system is utilized, the administration will request documentation of the bidding process used by the agent of record for future coverage renewals. Inquiries of persons interested in bidding will be directed to the agent of record.

The College participates in all provisions of the Workers Compensation Law for all College employees.
