108 Hearings Before the Board

P-108.1

Any request for a hearing should be directed to the President of the College who will place the request on the agenda of a regular or special meeting, which shall be called by the President of the Board of Trustees within 14 days of the request.

At such meeting, the person requesting the hearing may appear, with or without counsel, to present his/her appeal.
