102	Board Committees
P-102.1	The President of the Board of Trustees will appoint all Board committees and outline specific responsibilities of each committee.
P-102.2	Ad hoc committees may be formed; no permanent committees will be established.
P-102.3	Lay committees may be appointed by the Board of Trustees on a temporary basis to accomplish certain goals, and then be terminated at the conclusion of their duties.
P-102.4	Any committee appointed by or at the direction of the Board and which is authorized to report to the Board, or any committee appointed by or at the direction of the Board for the specific purpose of recommending, directly to the Board or the President, policy or policy revisions or expenditures of public funds, shall be subject to the Missouri Sunshine Law in connection with the committee meetings, records and votes.
