The college will be closed Monday, July 4, for Independence Day. No classes will be held and all offices will be closed. It's officially summertime at SCC! Check out special operating hours for the Plaza Bistro, Café/Bookstore and the Fitness Center:
In order to prepare for the HLC/NCA Self-Study visit this fall, every e-Outlook will include a fact to help you learn more about NCA accreditation. Fact: The two goals of the NCA self-study are to: 1) Integrate the self-study findings into our strategic planning, budgeting and assessment processes and 2) To share findings with the college community and initiate organizational improvement. Tell us your story! Do you know someone, whether it's a student, faculty or staff member at SCC, who deserves to be recognized? Or maybe you have a unique story about yourself or your experiences at SCC that you'd like to share with us! Now you can, online — it's easy! Just go to SCC's home page (www.stchas.edu) and click on the blue "I (heart) SCC" icon at the bottom of the page and fill out the form, either for yourself or about someone you know whose story deserves to be heard! If you have any questions, contact the office of Marketing and Communications Department. |
