Interlibrary Loan Request Form
Include information about the article or book you would like to request
from another library. Please be as specific as possible. You must press
the Send Form button at the end of the form to transmit
the information. Fill out a separate form for each
article or book you request.
This service is for St. Charles Community College faculty,
staff, and students.
Before requesting a book check for availability in the MOBIUS
catalog. For more information about requesting material through
MOBIUS see the Archway
Online Catalog Searching Guide.
Be sure to clear the entire form (the button at
the bottom of the form) AFTER you have sent the information. If you do not clear the entire form, anyone who has access to the
computer from which you are typing will have access to any of your
personal information (ie...telephone number).
To
submit a request for more than one article or book, send the first
request. Then, return to this page and fill out the "Information about the
article or book" again. Do not select the "Clear the Entire Form" button
unless you want to clear the form which will erase all the information
about yourself (your name, your telephone number, etc..)
If you have problems completing this form, e-mail the Reference desk at
St. Charles Community College at refdrop@stchas.edu or
call the Reference Desk at 636-922-8620.
NOTICE WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS
The
copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs
the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are
authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these
specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be
"used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research."
If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction
for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for
copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to
accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would
involve violation of copyright law.
More information about Copyright Restrictions is available at Library of Congress
Copyright Information Page.
