Ask - A- Librarian

This form allows you to submit a reference question to the reference staff at St. Charles Community College Library. Reference questions submitted by Faculty, Students and Staff of SCC will be given first priority.

While we cannot complete the entire research process for you, we can recommend some good resources and perhaps send you some information from our reference resources here at the St. Charles Community College Library. We can also recommend remote databases and give suggestions on composing a good search.

You can also use this form to inquire about any of the library services.

Messages will be read at the beginning of the day and in the afternoon (Monday-Saturday), and responses should be within 24 hours. Answers will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the form.

Be sure to clear the form and start over AFTER you have sent the reference question. If you do not clear the form and start over anyone who has access to the computer from which you are typing the reference question will have access to any personal information you included (ie...your e-mail address or telephone number).
