PATTI SILVEY

Patti Silvey, a member of the Board since 2003, has worked in the banking industry since 1987. She currently works as branch manager and business development officer for First State Bank of St. Charles. Previously, she held various supervisory and management positions at banks in Colorado and at Commerce Bank in St. Charles.

Since 2001, Ms. Silvey has been a member of the Cottleville/Weldon Spring Rotary. During her term as president, she helped organize the club’s scholarship program and house tour fundraiser.

Trustee Silvey served on the St. Charles County 2015 Master Plan Task Force and was a board member of the Alexandra Ballet Company in Chesterfield. Ms. Silvey was a board member for four years of the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Charles County.

Ms. Silvey also has been a member of several chambers of commerce, including Cottleville/Weldon Spring, St. Peters, O’Fallon, and Creve Coeur. She is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville. Ms. Silvey is married and has two grown children, one son and one daughter.

Ms. Silvey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lindenwood University.
