Timothy Lohmar has been a member of the SCC Board of Trustees since 2002, and was elected to his second six-year term in April 2008.

Lohmar is a partner in the St. Peters law firm of Lohmar and Staebell, L.L.C. His practice is focused on assisting families in estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate.

In November 2007, Lohmar was nominated by St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann as the first-ever Municipal Court Judge of the St. Charles County Municipal Court, and continues to serve in that capacity.

Previously, Lohmar served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Moscow Mills (2006-07), was a prosecuting attorney for the City of St. Charles (2004-07), and was the assistant prosecuting attorney for the City of O’Fallon (2003-04).

Lohmar received his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

He is a member of the St. Charles County Bar Association, the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judge Association, the Missouri Bar Association, and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.

Lohmar serves on the St. Charles County Government Merit System Commission and is a member of the St. Charles Rotary Club. He is director of congregational outreach for Child of God Lutheran Church in St. Peters.

Lohmar is committed to fostering higher educational opportunities for St. Charles County residents and developing future regional leaders through a college education.

“I am a lifelong county resident whose values and priorities are representative of the younger generation of residents who are vital to the region's development,” Lohmar said. “I understand the importance of higher education, and I will provide the dedication and leadership necessary to help the college provide for students' educational and personal growth.”

Lohmar and his wife, Stephanie, live in O’Fallon and have two children.
