Hot Buffets

All Buffets are served with a Fresh Salad or Coleslaw, Hot Bread, Dessert, and Beverages.

Sautéed Boneless Breast of Chicken Served in White Wine Mushroom Sauce
Seasoned Rice Pilaf and a Fresh Vegetable.

Country Fried or Herb Roasted Chicken Quarters
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy or Oven-Roasted Red Potatoes,
Vegetable, and Cheddar Garlic Biscuits.

Oven Roasted Breast of Turkey
Homemade Cornbread Dressing,
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and Vegetable. 

Tender Roast Beef Au Jus
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
and Fresh Vegetable.

Baked or Broiled White Roughy
This is a deliciously tender, flaky, mild fish.
Choose Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Cajun Style, or
 Caribbean Style with Roasted Onions and Peppers.
Served with Scalloped Potatoes or Rice Pilaf and Vegetable.

Italian Buffets

All Italian buffets are served with a Fresh Salad,
 Garlic Bread, Dessert,
and Beverages.


Linguine and Pasta Spirals with your choice of Two Fresh Sauces:
Creamy Alfredo Sauce with or without Grilled Chicken, or
Fresh Marinara Sauce, plain or with Italian Meatballs.

Cheese Manicotti and Beef Cannelloni
Baked in Creamy Italian Alfredo Sauce and
 Fresh, Chunky Marinara.

Crispy Chicken Parmesan
Topped with Zesty Marinara, Provolone, and Parmesan Cheeses.
 Served with Linguine and More Marinara Sauce.

Lasagna
Beef, Italian Sausage, and Loads of Cheese Baked in Layers
of Tender Pasta and Chunky Marinara Sauce
 or
Garden Vegetables Slow-Roasted in Marinara or
Alfredo Sauce with enough Cheese you’ll never miss the meat!

Themed Buffets

Mexican
Tropical Fruit Salad, Tortilla Chips and Salsa,
 Choice of Beef, Chicken, or Cheese Enchiladas(Choose 2),
 Make-it-yourself Taco Station with Crumbled Beef, Seasoned Chicken or Pork Carnitas,
Zesty Corn Pudding,Spanish Rice and Refried Beans. 

Bar-B-Que
Smokey Pulled Pork and  Lean Beef Brisket with Corn Dusted Kaiser Or Toasted Onion Rolls,
Baked Beans, Creamy Coleslaw or Potato Salad, Chips, and Chilled Watermelon Slices

Cajun/Creole
Traditional Gumbo with Chicken and  Andouille Sausage,
Spicy Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Corn bread,
and Bread Pudding

Southern Fish Fry
Corn dusted Catfish or Beer Battered Cod Fillets
 along with Baked Mild White Roughy,

Choice of two: Grilled Mahi-Mahi, Honey Lime Glazed Chicken Skewers,
or Jamaican Jerk Pork Roast
Jamaican Rice and Peas, Medley of Roasted Potatoes,
 Vegetable Medley, Tropical Fruit Salad

Greek
Greek Salad with Feta Cheese and Kalamata Olives,
 Made-to-order Gyro Station with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce,
 Souvlaki (Marinated Chicken Skewers),
 Spanikopita, Rice Pilaf, Baklava

Chinese
Sweet-N-Sour Chicken, Szechuan Beef , and Vegetable Stir Fry
White rice or Lo Mein,
Pork and Vegetable Egg Rolls,
Crab Rangoon

Wraps
Southwest Chicken and Grilled Chicken Wraps
or Spicy Fish Nuggets or Cracker Jack Shrimp Wraps
with Grilled Peppers and Onions, Seasoned Rice, Cheese and all the favorites
Served with Tortilla Chips and Salsa and Fruit Salad

Vegetarian
We offer many options for the Vegetarian.  From a traditional pasta bar to a
Mushroom filled Ravioli with Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce
and Spinach Artichoke filled ravioli with a Garlic Cream Sauce.
We make Grilled Vegetable Wraps and Sandwiches
