The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness is available to help you answer your data needs.

We have the resources that can help us answer such questions as:  

• How many students graduated from counties served by our service delivery area?
• What high schools do our students come from?
• How many dual enrolled or A+ students do we have?
• What zip codes do our students reside within?
• What characteristics do our students share academically within age group?
• What are the selected majors of our graduates?
• What percentage of our student population are academically in need of assistance or in need of remediation?
• What are the demographics of the students of selected programs?
• What are the demographics and population statistics for St. Charles County?

IRE finds data to help market college programs and to assist with future planning needs. 

IRE can also help you design a survey or evaluation form and plan to help you process the data.

If your department needs assistance, please contact our office.  Call to schedule a meeting with a staff member to outline your data needs.  Or, email or send us a memo describing your project.  We ask that you describe your project in detail as much as possible by providing us a description of your need including a date when your data is needed.

IRE will meet with you, plan the project based on your available information, and will do its best to provide an answer to your question in a reasonable turn-around time.
