Reports and Data Submissions
Below is a description of just some of the many reports and data submissions
processed by IRE.
Integrated Post Secondary Educational Data System (IPEDS)
IPEDS is a reporting requirement by the federal government. IRE
submits seven IPEDS reports annually including:
- IPEDS EF1, EF2 - Fall Enrollment with Age Data
- IPEDS Human Resources
- IPEDS F - Financial Statistics
- IPEDS C2 - Completions Report
- IPEDS IC1, IC2 - Institutional Characteristics
- IPEDS GRS-2 - Graduation Rate Survey
Department of Higher Education (DHE)
The DHE report submitted by IRE is:
- DHE14-1 - Student Financial Aid Awarded
Census Reports
SCC headcount and FTE (full-time equivalency) along with demographic
and academic data are collected from our Colleague system on the 20th
day of class during the Spring and Fall semesters. The report
is completed on the 10th day of class in the Summer semester. Data
from these reports are used in the College's state and federal reporting.
Enhanced Missouri Student Achievement Study (EMSAS)
EMSAS data is maintained at the Coordinating Board for Higher Education
(CBHE) in Jefferson City, Missouri. SCC supplies the following
EMSAS data:
- EMSAS Completions File
- EMSAS Term Registration File
- EMSAS Fall Enrollment Files
In addition, IRE participates in the Kanas Cost Study and National
Community College Benchmarking Project.
