Corporate and Community Development department seeks a highly organized support assistants to work in a fast=paced department supporting non-credit summer camp programs for children. Duties include organization and set-up in support of programs to include acquisition of supplies, creation of materials for programs, name tags, and other items as requested, copy requests, instructor and student correspondence, response to programmatic inquiries, organization of health forms, support at lunch and break, and other miscellaneous clerical support as needed.
Qualifications:Must be able to able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail is critical. Must display independent decision-making ability when appropriate, ability to take initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision.
