Duties:

St. Charles Community College’s Workforce Development department is seeking a project based ISO Project Manager with the following skills:

  • Familiar with and able to review company documents and note nonconformities.
  • Able to conducts audit interviews with key staff members of customer company, prepare audit report based on findings.
  • Suggest modifications and recommendations to enable the system to comply with ISO standards.
  • Exhibit continual improvement capabilities.
  • Capable of training others in the ISO standard – ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000, or other standards. 
  • Able to train in areas of ISO, ISO internal auditing, Problem resolution
  • Able to plan, coordinate and manage through completion, assigned projects, corrective action initiatives and lean manufacturing projects designed to ensure quality requirements of products or services consistent with customer’s expectations. 
Qualifications:

An ISO Project Manager will be experienced in manufacturing systems and possess training in the auditing process and a valid ISO 9000 registrar accreditation board (RAB) certification.  Will possess excellent customer management skills, great written and oral communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
