1.  Democracy Days:  Go to one of the following and write a summary of the discussion.  What did you think of the presentation?  (1-2 pages).  You can only do 1 for extra credit.  You may NOT get extra credit for attending a lecture during class time.

3. Web video clip assignment  
--Due by the last week of class   
    Search the internet for a video clip (that I do not use already use for the class) that is relevant to this class.  Attach the link to a bulletin board post on WebCT and write a short paragraph explaining how it is relevant to this class.  Be sure to specify which chapter it relates to and how.
