Associate Professor-- Business Administrative Systems
Customer Service Courses
A series of six Internet courses have been developed to assist people in further developing their customer service skills. The courses fulfill requirements in the Business Administrative Systems program; but they have been very successful in assisting students seeking other types of degrees or certificates as well as people in all career fields.
Each course runs for four weeks and can be completed without any visits to campus. Assignments are created to assist students in perfecting their own skills and for application in their chosen career. Courses cover areas such as customer service, telephone communication, time management, developing a professional image, communicating with customers, and interpersonal skills. Students registering for these courses should make sure the college has an accurate email address on file.
